1. About Connect2Buy

Connect2Buy is an online marketplace available throughout the United States that allows users to post requests for products, services, or items they wish to purchase and allows sellers to connect with interested buyers.

Connect2Buy serves solely as a venue to facilitate communication between users.

Connect2Buy is not a buyer, seller, broker, dealer, agent, auctioneer, payment processor, shipper, warehouse, or insurer.

Connect2Buy does not own, inspect, verify, store, ship, guarantee, endorse, or control any products, services, listings, users, or transactions conducted through the Platform.

Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Eligibility

To use Connect2Buy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. • Provide accurate and truthful information.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.

You agree to:

• Maintain accurate account information. • Keep your login credentials secure. • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account. • Accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

4. User Content and Listings

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, edit, reject, or disable any content at any time.

5. Transactions Between Users

All transactions are conducted solely between users.

Connect2Buy is not a party to any transaction and does not:

• Verify users' identities. • Verify ownership of listed items. • Guarantee payment. • Guarantee delivery. • Guarantee product quality. • Guarantee the accuracy of listings.

Users assume all risks associated with communications and transactions conducted through the Platform.

6. No Payment Processing

Connect2Buy does not currently process payments between buyers and sellers.

Any payment arrangements are solely between the parties involved in the transaction.

Connect2Buy is not responsible for:

• Payment disputes. • Chargebacks. • Refunds. • Returns. • Shipping disputes. • Product defects. • Transaction failures.

7. Fees, Donations, and Future Services

Certain features of the Platform may be offered free of charge.

Connect2Buy may accept voluntary donations to support operation of the Platform.

In the future, Connect2Buy may offer premium services, advertising opportunities, subscriptions, featured listings, or other paid features.

Any applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Violate any applicable law. • Engage in fraud or deception. • Impersonate another person or business. • Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions. • Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without authorization. • Collect personal information from users without consent. • Interfere with Platform operations. • Circumvent security measures. • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, design elements, and branding associated with Connect2Buy are the property of Connect2Buy or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they submit.

By posting content, you grant Connect2Buy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, and promote such content for operating and marketing the Platform.

10. User Safety

Users are responsible for their own safety and decision-making.

Connect2Buy recommends:

• Meeting in public places. • Inspecting items before purchase. • Verifying seller and buyer information. • Avoiding suspicious transactions. • Using caution when sharing personal information.

Connect2Buy is not responsible for user conduct either online or offline.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Connect2Buy Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECT2BUY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

CONNECT2BUY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE, USERS ARE TRUSTWORTHY, OR TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SUCCESSFUL.

USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECT2BUY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, TRANSACTION DISPUTES, OR USER MISCONDUCT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CONNECT2BUY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connect2Buy and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, expenses, and attorneys' fees arising from your use of the Platform, your listings or content, your transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

Connect2Buy may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate accounts at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

We may remove content or listings that we believe violate these Terms or pose a risk to users or the Platform.

16. Geographic Availability

Connect2Buy is intended for use throughout the United States.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and tax obligations.

Connect2Buy makes no representation that listings, products, services, or transactions comply with laws in every jurisdiction.

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Connect2Buy regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
